SoilRob at Thanksgiving in Altranft

On 2 September 2025, the SoilRob team, together with colleagues from ZALF, took part in the state Harvest Thanksgiving Festival in Altranft (Märkisch-Oderland district), where many visitors took the opportunity to learn about our work and the SoilRob project. The digi.farming.lab – our game-based farming simulator – attracted particular interest: while children and young people immersed themselves enthusiastically in the digital agricultural world, we were able to explain to parents and other interested visitors how the digi.farming.lab works, how it contributes to research, and what goals we pursue with the project. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful festival that provided us with many exciting encounters.
